Commercial Real Estate Litigation AssociateNew York City | HybridA boutique New York City litigation firm is seeking a 4–6 year associate with experience in commercial real estate and business litigation to join its growing practice.This role offers meaningful responsibility, direct partner access, and the opportunity to handle sophisticated matters in a collaborative, trial-focused environment.ResponsibilitiesHandle commercial real estate and business litigation matters from pleadings through resolutionDraft and argue motions, including injunction applications and dispositive motionsConduct depositions and manage written discoveryAppear in court and participate in hearings, arbitrations, and mediationsNegotiate and draft settlement agreementsWork closely with partners on strategy and client advisementQualifications4–6 years of commercial litigation experienceStrong background in commercial real estate disputes preferred, including:Lease disputes (rent, repairs, nuisance, property damage)Contract disputesLending/UCC mattersConstruction and lien issuesCondo/Co-op disputesExcellent writing and analytical skillsAbility to manage cases independentlySound judgment and strategic thinkingWhat This Role OffersHybrid schedule (2–3 days in office)Approximately 1,800 billable hours (monitored but not rigidly enforced)Performance-based bonus opportunitiesCollaborative boutique environment with direct partner mentorshipLong-term growth potentialNo visa sponsorship available.This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and growing firm and take your career to the next level.
