Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to develop effective and holistic treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Provide individual and group counseling, utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate personal growth and emotional well-being.

• Formulate and implement specialized treatment and discharge plans for clients who present with dual diagnoses or complex social and mental health issues, ensuring continuity of care.

• Serve as a professional resource and guide for colleagues, resolving complex case problems and facilitating clinical supervision when required.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment protocols, adjusting strategies as necessary to enhance client outcomes and therapy success.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client progress, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Develop and deliver training seminars for fellow treatment staff to promote best practices in clinical care and enhance team competencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adult clients who are experiencing substance use disorders and may face concurrent mental health challenges. You will utilize your interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients, enabling you to tailor your approaches to meet their unique needs effectively. Your role will also encompass guiding clients through moments of crisis and assisting them in developing coping strategies and skills for life beyond treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of three years of experience in crisis intervention, management, or relevant clinical work.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW in the state of California.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is a must.

• Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong organizational abilities, with the capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, complemented by a robust benefits package.
