Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments with new and returning patients to identify their specific needs, leading to the formulation of personalized treatment strategies.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, catered to individual, couple, and family settings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Forth Troon, you will work with a broad spectrum of clients facing mental health challenges, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Each patient presents unique circumstances and backgrounds, prompting the development of tailored treatment plans that address their distinct concerns, such as trauma, relationships, and substance use disorders.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
