Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, factoring in personal history and circumstances to inform individualized treatment planning.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy services utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy tailored to each client's preferences.

• Build collaborative relationships with clients by actively engaging them in the goal-setting process and providing ongoing support throughout their treatment journey.

• Maintain regular communication with clients, offering adjustments to therapeutic approaches as necessary and ensuring they feel heard and understood.

• Document therapy sessions and client progress accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining compliance with the organization’s standards and relevant regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and foster a therapeutic alliance.

• Demonstrated empathy and compassion in understanding clients' experiences and challenges, particularly in a remote setting.

• Strong organizational skills and time management to balance therapy sessions and documentation efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing therapeutic services in a virtual environment is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology for clinical documentation and therapy delivery, including secure telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Nova Real Behavioral Health LLC offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, licensed therapists are eligible for a sign-on bonus upon joining the network. Further, we provide comprehensive health insurance coverage, including medical, dental, and vision.
