Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health to formulate tailored treatment plans that address individual needs and objectives.

• Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others suited to client preferences.

• Set clear therapeutic goals and regularly monitor clients’ progress to adjust treatment strategies as necessary.

• Offer teletherapy options to enhance accessibility for clients encountering logistical challenges.

• Maintain precise, ethical documentation of client encounters, treatment plans, and progress notes to comply with professional standards.

• Participate in team meetings and supervision sessions to engage in discussions about clients, treatment strategies, and professional development.

• Continuously seek professional development opportunities to expand clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists are equipped to handle a range of conditions such as anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-related disorders, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in the State of California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on building trust and rapport with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients from all walks of life.

• Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities to balance client caseloads efficiently.
