Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to formulate tailored therapeutic strategies based on their unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans and make adjustments as required based on client progress and feedback.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment conducive to healing.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordinated treatment efforts for all clients.

• Manage accurate clinical documentation, adhering to legal and ethical standards, while maintaining confidentiality.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and staying informed on the latest advancements in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctoral Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
