Work Environment

You will work in an onsite outpatient office focused on providing individualized care to a diverse patient population. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. Our facility is designed to encourage teamwork and open communication, creating an inviting atmosphere where treatment plans are actively developed and adjusted in accordance with our patients' needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations based on patients' specific conditions, including pre- and post-surgical needs, chronic pain management, and sports rehabilitation.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans that prioritize patient goals and are based on evidence-based practices.
• Engage in daily collaboration with our interdisciplinary team members, discussing patient status, adjusting treatment strategies, and sharing insights to enhance patient outcomes.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions that focus on improving strength, mobility, and balance through therapeutic exercises, functional training, and education.
• Monitor and document each patient's progress consistently, making modifications to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal healing and recovery.
• Provide education to patients and their families about rehabilitation processes, home exercises, and self-care techniques to foster independence.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of patients, from post-surgical rehabilitation seekers to individuals with chronic conditions or sports injuries. This role requires a keen understanding of how to address each patient's unique challenges and goals, ensuring that our treatment strategies are effective and personalized. Qualifications

• A current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey is mandatory.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field from an accredited program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent).

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in an outpatient setting.
• Experience with interdisciplinary care models is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
