Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct clinical assessments, and individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and interpersonal conflicts.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on initial assessments while helping clients to establish tangible goals for their therapeutic journey.

• Document client progress accurately and maintain confidential electronic health records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in clinical supervision meetings and professional development workshops designed to refine your skills and keep abreast of the latest evidence-based practices.

• Respond to client crises by performing risk assessments and implementing appropriate interventions to ensure their immediate safety and well-being.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
