Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and crisis interventions for patients, developing comprehensive treatment plans that address emotional and behavioral health issues.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to discuss patient progress, needs, and any changes in treatment plans.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based modalities to engage patients and promote their recovery.

• Engage with community resource groups, representing Clarity Wellness Center at meetings to foster partnerships that enhance patient services and community outreach efforts.

• Adapt treatment methodologies based on current best practices, mental health trends, and individual patient responses, thereby ensuring high-quality care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Clarity Wellness Center, we serve a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and other mental health challenges. This role requires a deep understanding of various psychological issues and corresponding therapeutic techniques to effectively address unique patient needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (LCSW), Clinical Psychology (LPCC), or Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) from an accredited institution.

• A valid state licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT, demonstrating your qualified expertise in mental health counseling.

• A minimum of 3 to 4 years of direct clinical experience in an outpatient setting, showcasing your ability to manage a diverse caseload.

• Proven expertise in multiple therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Motivational Interviewing.

Compensation and Benefits\n
