Accounts Payable Clerk
Location: Onsite, Aurora, OH, 44202
Pay: $25/hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Length: up to 6 - months contract

Must Haves:

Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experience
Proficiency with ERP financial software
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Required Skills:

Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experience
Proficiency with ERP financial software
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to code invoices, vouchers, expense reports accurately
Excellent investigation and problem-solving skills related to processing invoices and purchase orders
Experience processing ACH transactions and wire transfers
Ability to support monthly reports, closings, and vendor record maintenance
1099 familiarity, processing and monthly commission reporting

Nice to Have Skills:

Bachelor's or Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
Experience working onsite in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of industry-specific financial regulations and procedures
Additional certifications such as CPA or QuickBooks proficiency

Preferred Education and Experience:

High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
At least 2 years of hands-on accounts payable experience in a corporate setting
Experience working with ERP systems and financial software

Other Requirements:

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Eagerness to contribute to team success and support departmental tasks
