Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant serves as the operational heartbeat of the Office of the President, bringing organization, continuity, and thoughtful execution to the countless details that enable the Foundation's leadership to focus on advancing its mission and philanthropic impact. Serving as the President's trusted administrative and organizational partner, the Executive Assistant provides exceptional executive support while helping manage priorities, communications, relationships, meetings, travel, events, and strategic commitments. This role ensures the President's time is leveraged effectively, important matters receive the appropriate attention, and commitments are executed with professionalism, discretion, and exceptional follow-through. Reporting to the Managing Director, Operations and working closely with the President, the Executive Assistant plays a central role in fostering effective communication and coordination among Foundation leadership, trustees, rising trustees, family members, grantees, staff, and external partners. Through thoughtful organization, sound judgment, and proactive problem-solving, this individual helps create the structure and continuity that enable the President and the Foundation to operate at the highest level and keep complex activities in motion. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-minded, with exceptional judgment, outstanding communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a natural ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and build trusted relationships.
