Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr A growing real estate investment management firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leadership focused on capital development and investor relations . This role requires exceptional organization, discretion, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will operate as a true business partner—anticipating needs, streamlining workflows, and ensuring seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to senior executives Manage dynamic scheduling, travel, and meeting logistics across multiple time zones Oversee communication flow and maintain accurate records and data in internal systems Support investor engagement activities and related reporting needs Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution Qualifications 3+ years’ experience supporting senior executives, ideally within financial services or investment management Strong technical proficiency with productivity and CRM tools Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Proven ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretionSelf-motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a collaborative team environment Preferred Exposure to investor relations, fundraising, or private markets Familiarity with investment or financial terminology Project management or process-improvement experience Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Administrative Industries Real Estate and Investment Management #J-18808-Ljbffr Coda Search│Staffing
