Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct client assessments by reviewing case notes, developing individual treatment plans (ITP), and integrating feedback from multidisciplinary teams.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions using best practices in mental health counseling, ensuring each session is tailored to the individual needs of clients.

• Maintain accurate and thorough client records in both written and electronic formats, adhering to confidentiality regulations and organizational policies.
\n
• Engage in regular supervision sessions with the site supervisor to discuss cases, share insights on treatment strategies, and refine therapeutic skills.

• Collaborate with partner agencies to coordinate care and enhance service delivery for clients experiencing intersecting challenges.
\n
• Participate in ongoing learning opportunities, including seminars and workshops, to stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health treatment.

• Document writing of case notes, assessments, evaluations, and any reporting necessary for treatment integration.
\n
• Provide support for psychometric assessments, assisting treating therapists in scoring and interpreting results.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role primarily involves working with diverse client populations facing a broad array of mental health challenges. This includes adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health issues. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing their emotional and psychological resilience, ultimately aiding in their recovery and improved daily functioning.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• Valid and active social work license (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) as mandated by state regulations.

• Experience demonstrating a strong clinical skill set with no history of medical malpractice claims, verified by a third party.

• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to build trust and rapport with clients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
