This full-time position focuses on providing exceptional care to patients in an onsite home care setting, helping them regain movement and enhance their quality of life. Work Environment

This position is centered around home care services, allowing our Physical Therapists to provide one-on-one treatment in a comfortable and familiar setting for patients. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, giving you the opportunity to build strong relationships with your patients while effectively managing your time between appointments. You will work collaboratively with our healthcare team, ensuring a seamless continuum of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to develop comprehensive and individualized care plans aimed at restoring mobility and enhancing function.
• Implement a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of each patient, focusing on orthopedic outpatient care.
• Utilize cost-effective treatments to encourage motion improvements, prioritizing non-surgical strategies and minimizing dependence on medications.
• Maintain an efficient patient load that allows for dedicated time to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately in the EMR system, specifically using Web PT for precise record-keeping.
• Regularly evaluate treatment effectiveness, adjusting approaches based on patient feedback and progress outcomes.
• Serve as a source of motivation and encouragement, helping patients overcome challenges throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Engage in ongoing education to stay current with the latest techniques and research in physical therapy practices.

Our practice addresses a diverse range of patients, including athletes recovering from injuries, older adults striving to regain mobility, and individuals coping with chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• An active Physical Therapist license in Florida, in good standing with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Demonstrated proficiency in a variety of manual therapy techniques.
• Strong ability to develop and implement effective exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, notably Web PT, for efficient documentation and patient management.
• A commitment to continuing education and remaining knowledgeable about the latest advancements in physical therapy.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in outpatient clinics or home care settings.
• Prior involvement in developing wellness and fitness programs.
• A track record of successful patient outcomes through tailored rehabilitation plans.

Compensation and Benefits
