The Physical Therapist will work onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center in Boca Grande, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities, developing individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific recovery needs and goals.
• Utilize various therapeutic methods including exercise, manual therapy, and assistive devices to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Monitor patient progress, documenting treatment responses and outcomes in compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.
• Regularly reassess and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes and address evolving care needs.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques, mobility exercises, and the use of assistive devices, ensuring they feel empowered in their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Compensation and Benefits
