Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on physician referrals, focusing on each patient's unique needs.
• Administer treatment techniques, such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities, to improve the function and mobility of patients.
• Provide education and training to patients and caregivers regarding therapy techniques and strategies to enhance recovery at home.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters and progress notes in our electronic medical record system.
• Consistently demonstrate excellent customer service, contributing positively to the overall patient experience and clinic atmosphere.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance treatment plans and meet patient care goals effectively.
• Meet minimum productivity and utilization goals while ensuring high standards of quality care and patient satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the opportunity to treat a diverse range of patient populations, including individuals with orthopedic injuries, pediatric conditions, neurological disorders, and sports-related issues. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.

• A current CPR certification to ensure patient safety during treatments.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience, plus a full benefits package that includes:
