As a Carpenter, you repair structures – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. Responsibilities Maintain and repair facility structures: manage the upkeep of doors, windows, furniture, and other structures to ensure a well‑maintained, safe environment. Manage maintenance schedules: ensure timely completion of guest room maintenance and develop preventive schedules to proactively address and maintain facility standards. Execute carpentry projects: construct furniture, signs, props, and other specialty items, supporting carpentry needs of other departments as required. Maintain a clean and organized workshop: ensure carpentry tools and equipment are properly operated, cleaned, and maintained. Inspect and ensure quality: conduct regular inspections to ensure all carpentry work meets quality and safety standards. Document maintenance activities: record completed inspections and repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention. Qualifications A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality.
