Our office is open Monday through Saturday, providing full support for diverse treatment schedules. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will engage in a variety of essential functions to support our clients effectively, including:

• Conducting psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to identify needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitating evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to assist clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to discuss patient progress, coordinate care, and update treatment plans through comprehensive documentation and team meetings.

• Providing case management support that includes consultation and collaboration with external healthcare providers and community resources to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Maintaining ethical and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment sessions in accordance with departmental policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will encompass a diverse patient population, ranging from adolescents to adults, each facing unique challenges in their mental health journeys. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid mental health counseling license in Illinois as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating your ability to work with diverse populations.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field. A higher degree is preferred but not required.

• A willingness to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week or more, providing consistent care to clients.
