Key Responsibilities\n

• Formulate tailored interventions and treatment plans based on individual client needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to set realistic therapeutic goals.

• Provide psychotherapy to clients via telehealth, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities to address a broad spectrum of mental health disorders.

• Foster a supportive, non-judgmental counseling environment that encourages open communication and trust.

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to accurately identify psychological disorders, ensuring timely and appropriate referrals as needed.

• Maintain meticulous records of clinical services, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and documentation of treatment outcomes, all while upholding stringent confidentiality standards.

• Measure the effectiveness of treatment interventions using client feedback and outcome assessments, making adjustments to ensure optimal care.

• Stay abreast of the latest developments in the mental health field through continuous professional development and participation in relevant training and workshops.

• Actively engage in team meetings and case consultations to share insights and collaborate with peers on complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Anxiety Disorders, PTSD, trauma, and grief. Your skills will be utilized to cater to both youth and adults, guiding them towards achieving their personal and therapeutic goals in a supportive and empathetic manner.

Qualifications\n

• A valid social work license (LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW) is required per state regulations.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related discipline is necessary for this position.

• Demonstrated experience with a variety of psychotherapy modalities and familiarity with a broad range of diagnoses relevant to mental health.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and communicate effectively in a fast-paced remote environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 122,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
