Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate each client’s mental health status, emotional well-being, and specific needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities in individual, family, and group sessions, with a focus on integrating cognitive-behavioral techniques and mindfulness practices.

• Continuously monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to respond to their evolving needs.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, utilizing de-escalation techniques and emotional support strategies for clients in distress.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a diverse multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic care for our clients.

• Engage in regular professional development and supervision sessions, actively participating in team meetings to share insights and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with adults and adolescents dealing with varying levels of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in New York, holding an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with a thorough understanding of various therapeutic approaches.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to empathize and connect with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling setting, preferably with a focus on outpatient services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also provide a robust benefits package, which includes:
