Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will encompass a wide range of individuals experiencing various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, substance abuse disorders, and eating disorders. The ideal candidate is adept at working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and is sensitive to their unique experiences and perspectives. Through individualized therapy and group dynamics, you will play an essential role in promoting mental wellness in the community.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of related clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment methodologies, and a commitment to culturally responsive therapy.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver effective individual and group therapy.

• Excellent crisis intervention skills and the capacity to maintain composure in high-stress situations.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience with various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other clinically recognized approaches is preferred. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and delivering therapy via remote settings is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
