Key Responsibilities\n

• Complete critical incident reporting forms within 24 hours as necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.

• Provide after-hours care coordination support by being available via phone on an alternating schedule.

• Engage in proactive outreach with clients to prevent crises and promote stable mental health, using therapeutic techniques and interventions.

• Collaborate with county crisis services to coordinate care for clients in need of immediate support.
\n
• Document all interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Assess and diagnose clients promptly, developing tailored treatment plans that address individual concerns and goals.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance counseling techniques and stay current with clinical best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population of clients facing a range of mental health challenges. Our telehealth services are particularly beneficial for individuals in remote areas or those who may have difficulty accessing traditional in-person services. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
