THE GIST:
Our client, a leading global investment firm, is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support a Founding Partner in their New York office. This is a high-visibility role for a polished, highly organized EA who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and can operate with discretion, urgency, and excellent judgment. The ideal candidate is a true team player who can seamlessly manage the day-to-day business & personal needs of a senior executive, while also jumping into special projects and broader team initiatives.

THE NITTY GRITTY:
- Own and proactively manage a complex, high-volume calendar across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate business & personal domestic and international travel.
- Manage a high-volume inbox, using strong judgment for prioritization and responsiveness.
- Support large-scale outreach and logistical initiatives, including marketing campaigns, holiday gifts/cards, and other firm-wide efforts.
- Manage monthly expense reporting.
- Partner closely with other members of the administrative team to ensure seamless coverage and coordination.
- Assist with special projects and ad hoc requests as needed.
- Respond to action items and urgent requests outside of traditional business hours.
THE ESSENTIALS:
- 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting, tech startups, or another high-performance environment is strongly preferred.
- Private travel booking experience a plus!
- Ability to respond to action items outside of business hours.
- Exceptional communication skills and polished executive presence.
- Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy and composure.
- Excellent judgment and discretion when working with sensitive information.
- Comfortable operating independently and anticipating needs before they arise.
- A genuine team player with a positive, no-task-too-small attitude.

COMPENSATION: Base salary: $150,000/yr - $165,000/yr + OT + bonus + benefits (e xact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and expertise)
