Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their mental health status.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique requirements, goals, and preferences, using evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care practices to enhance their understanding and support.

• Continuously monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs and maximize therapeutic effectiveness.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care aimed at holistic recovery.

• Stay informed about the latest research in mood disorders to incorporate current findings into treatment strategies, enhancing the quality of care provided.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal guidelines, ensuring adherence to ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on clients experiencing mood disorders, relationship challenges, and those requiring divorce and relationship counseling. You will be working with diverse demographics, including individuals and families, helping them navigate through significant emotional transitions and relational difficulties.

Qualifications\n

• Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster a secure therapeutic environment.

• Empathetic and nonjudgmental attitude towards clients’ experiences, encouraging openness in therapy.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage a busy caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in utilizing various therapeutic modalities including, but not limited to, structural family therapy, strategic therapy, and systems therapy.

• Demonstrated experience and success in relationship counseling and addressing divorce-related issues.

• Background in working within outpatient clinic settings or similar environments is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
