Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing you to deliver therapy services through a Telehealth platform, ensuring accessibility and convenience for our clients. Your primary work hours will be Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs. Our telehealth system supports a seamless workflow, enabling you to connect effectively with clients while maintaining professional standards of care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed trauma-informed mental health assessments that explore patients’ trauma histories to inform future treatment plans.

• Craft and implement personalized treatment plans that target trauma recovery and resilience, using evidence-based strategies to promote healing.

• Administer therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, equipping patients with coping strategies, tools, and support to process their traumas.
\n
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and allied health professionals to ensure holistic care and integrated treatment approaches.

• Respond to crisis situations with immediate intervention and support for trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, available resources, and effective coping mechanisms.

• Maintain precise and confidential patient records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Contribute to team meetings, consultations, and professional development initiatives focused on best practices in trauma-informed care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults experiencing the effects of trauma, including PTSD and complex trauma–individuals seeking a safe space for healing and recovery. This role is crucial in helping our diverse client population rediscover their agency and resilience. Your contributions will directly impact their journeys toward mental wellness and stability.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Must possess a current, valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of New Jersey.

• At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, with a focus on trauma and mental health therapy.
\n
• Extensive knowledge of trauma-related disorders and an understanding of trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches, especially those aimed at treating trauma.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a compassion-centered approach to care.

• Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations, demonstrating sound judgment in crisis scenarios.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficiency in relevant software applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
