Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health concerns, utilizing standardized evaluation tools and methods.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that are tailored to meet the unique challenges and goals of each client, incorporating evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities to best serve clients' needs, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques.

• Collaborate with a diverse treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure continuity of care and to address all aspects of clients' well-being.

• Educate clients' families about mental health issues, fostering understanding and encouraging their active involvement in the therapeutic process.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client progress, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as ethical guidelines for practitioners.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on a diverse range of clients seeking mental health support, including those suffering from anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other psychological challenges. You will be responsible for building a therapeutic alliance that empowers clients to navigate their challenges effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Current, valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Significant training or experience in mental health counseling practices, with a solid knowledge of clinical interventions.

• Exceptional therapeutic skills, including innovative problem-solving capabilities and the ability to inspire and motivate clients.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills, complemented by the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
