Director of Sales, Latin America

We’re looking for an accomplished Director of Sales – Latin America to lead our sales organization across the region and play a key role in our next chapter of growth. This is an opportunity for a strategic, hands‑on sales leader who knows how to build relationships, develop high‑performing teams, identify new opportunities, and turn strategy into results. What You’ll Do Lead the Latin America sales organization and provide day‑to‑day leadership, direction, and support to Regional Sales Managers. Drive profitable growth by establishing and achieving sales goals while effectively managing the regional expense budget. Partner with the Vice President of International Sales to develop regional strategies, sales tactics, and go‑to‑market plans. Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our customer base and increase sales with existing customers. Build and strengthen long‑term relationships with customers, partners, and key industry contacts throughout Latin America. Develop, coach, influence, and empower your team to achieve ambitious objectives through a collaborative, team‑oriented approach. Maintain strong communication across the sales organization and partner with other departments to support overall company success. Monitor sales activity, pipelines, regional performance, and market opportunities, providing leadership with clear and actionable reporting and analysis. Address customer concerns and challenges by investigating issues, developing solutions, and making recommendations to leadership, Protect company information and comply with our DMP Data Classification Standard, policies, and departmental guidelines. What You Bring 10+ years of sales and territory management experience, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership or sales staff management role. A demonstrated track record of growing sales, developing markets, and building strong customer relationships. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills. The ability to lead through influence, develop talent, and empower others to achieve results. A self‑motivated, accountable leader who can operate effectively with a high degree of independence. Strong business judgment and the ability to balance revenue growth with budget and operational objectives. Willingness and ability to travel extensivelythroughout the region. An open, growth‑oriented mindset and the ability to seek out and benefit from constructive feedback. Why Join DMP?
