Outpatient Physical Therapist - Full-Time at Active Relief Physical Therapy

Position Overview

Active Relief Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time Physical Therapist to join our team in Freehold, New Jersey. This role is pivotal in enabling our patients to restore their mobility and improve their overall quality of life. Work Environment

Our facility is designed for outpatient care, focusing on one-on-one interactions in an onsite setting. The team operates from Monday to Friday, with work hours from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a balanced work-life integration. Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care to patients, utilizing comprehensive assessments to create effective treatment plans based on their unique goals.
• Maintain a manageable patient load to ensure each client receives dedicated time and attention during their sessions.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions to improve patients' mobility and enhance their functional capabilities.
• Incorporate a variety of treatment techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education on injury prevention.
• Motivate patients throughout their recovery journey, fostering a supportive and encouraging environment.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, ensuring a cohesive approach to patient care.
• Continuously evaluate treatment outcomes and adjust care plans as necessary based on patient progress.
• Document patient interactions and treatment outcomes accurately using EMR systems, particularly Web PT.

Patient Population / Client Focus

We work with individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions, providing each a personalized approach to restore function and promote health.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program from an accredited institution.
• Active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey, free from sanctions or board proceedings.
• Exceptional manual therapy skills and a proven track record in developing and executing successful rehabilitation programs.
• Familiarity with EMR software, particularly Web PT, for efficient and precise documentation.
• Strong understanding of current, evidence-based physical therapy techniques and methodologies.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in an outpatient rehabilitation setting, specifically related to orthopedic and sports medicine cases.
• Expertise in designing tailored exercise and wellness programs that cater to a variety of patient needs.
• Experience in promoting non-surgical interventions and educating patients about their treatment options.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
