Work Environment

The Physical Therapist will work onsite within our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility. The clinic's design promotes an engaging healing environment, equipped with advanced therapeutic tools and a range of exercise equipment. Our regular working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a stable and predictable schedule. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients comprehensively, considering medical history and physical assessment to develop customized treatment plans that effectively address their rehabilitation goals.
• Administer hands-on therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education to facilitate recovery and improve quality of life.
• Manage a patient schedule that includes treating three patients per hour while maintaining detailed documentation of their progress in the CureMD electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Communicate regularly with referring providers to provide updates on patient progress and collaborate on treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily involves working with adult patients aged 40-65 who are undergoing rehabilitation for various conditions. This includes individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic pain. The therapist will engage closely with each patient, fostering a trusting relationship and encouraging active participation in their recovery process.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
• A valid New Jersey Physical Therapist license, or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster effective communication with patients and collaborate with team members.
• Demonstrated clinical reasoning abilities and a commitment to evidence-based practice.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of prior experience in an outpatient setting is highly desirable, though new graduates with strong educational backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with maintenance of electronic medical records and knowledge of CureMD system is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 110,000 to 125,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a competitive benefits package that includes:
