Work Environment

The physical setting of our clinic in Freehold, NJ, offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere where patients and staff feel comfortable and supported. Our facility includes modern treatment rooms and rehabilitation spaces, allowing for hands-on and individualized patient care. As a full-time employee, you will enjoy a consistent Monday to Friday work schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat an adult caseload of patients aged 40-65, with a focus on orthopedic conditions, averaging three patients per hour.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify each patient's needs and design tailored rehabilitation programs.
• Implement a variety of treatment techniques, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education, to enhance recovery and functional independence.
• Consistently collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, ensuring effective communication and coordination of patient care.
• Utilize CureMD EMR for diligent documentation of patient interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes, adhering to organizational and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with adults aged 40-65 who are seeking rehabilitation from a variety of orthopedic issues including post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, chronic pain, and arthritis. You will utilize your clinical knowledge and skills to make a direct impact on their rehabilitation experience, promoting recovery and improving quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Strong clinical reasoning skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting is preferred, although candidates with strong internships or new graduates showing exceptional potential will be considered.
• Experience working with patient demographics similar to our focus population will be an asset.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 110,000 to 125,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
