Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Tidal Therapy Services, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing individualized treatment plans that are in alignment with clients' specific needs, goals, and personal preferences.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to promote effective coping strategies.

• Providing education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, available treatment options, and strategies for self-care.

• Monitoring and documenting client progress to ensure treatment plans are updated as necessary and effectively support their journey towards recovery.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and integrated care for clients.

• Staying informed on the latest research and advancements in the treatment of mood disorders to enhance therapeutic efficacy.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
