Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Deliver evidence-based mental health services via our telehealth platform to low acuity adult clients.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing your clinical judgment to determine the best approaches for your clients.

• Communicate with clients through various methods, including video conferencing, audio messaging, online journals, and digital worksheets.

• Maintain comprehensive client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Stay updated on best practices in telehealth and engage with professional development opportunities resonating with your area of expertise.

• Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, discuss challenges, and collaborate on solutions to enhance client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clinical focus will be on low acuity adults experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship challenges, weight disorders, and grief. Importantly, our platform does not cater to children or patients with severe mental health conditions, ensuring that you engage with individuals whose needs align with your expertise.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients remotely.

• A reliable internet connection and a working computer or laptop (tablets are not supported).
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with telehealth platforms or virtual counseling is preferred but not required.

• Proficiency in working with clients from diverse backgrounds and with varying mental health issues.

• A background in trauma-informed care, CBT, or other therapeutic modalities is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

CaptivatingButterfly Community Corp. offers a competitive salary package ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
