Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate individuals’ mental health status, utilizing established diagnostic tools and methodologies such as the DSM-5.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families, encompassing cultural considerations, special needs, and a focus on desired clinical outcomes.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to implement interventions aimed at improving mental well-being and monitor progress continually to adapt treatment strategies as necessary.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of treatment records and clinical notes, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Act as a liaison between patients and other healthcare providers to coordinate care and facilitate appropriate referrals.

• Provide education and mentorship to students and interns within the mental health field, enhancing the overall capacity of healthcare delivery.
