Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations of clients, identifying their mental health needs and setting personalized goals for therapy.

• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, effectively addressing a broad range of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.

• Create customized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique circumstances, integrating their preferences and treatment goals to promote engagement and success.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients dealing with acute mental health issues, ensuring timely and appropriate care.

• Educate clients and families on mental health topics, available resources, and coping strategies tailored to their specific situations.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of client interactions, including detailed assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, in alignment with ethical and legal standards.

• Demonstrate cultural competence, building trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds and ensuring sensitivity to their unique needs.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
