Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement tailored therapeutic strategies to meet the unique needs of each client through individual assessments and detailed evaluations.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, in sessions with individuals, couples, and families.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care and effective treatment planning, actively participating in case management discussions.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and client records, complying with legal and ethical standards to safeguard client privacy and confidentiality.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training programs to stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with come from diverse backgrounds and often face obstacles in accessing mental health resources. You will primarily serve individuals and families seeking support for a multitude of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, dependent on experience and caseload. In addition to financial compensation, our benefits package includes:
