The LPCC role is primarily remote, allowing for flexible work hours while maintaining a structured schedule of Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive evidence-based individual and group treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Utilize measurement-based care methodologies to inform treatment planning and progress tracking effectively.

• Engage in a collaborative approach, working closely with a multidisciplinary team, including coaches and psychiatrists, to optimize patient care.

• Offer constructive feedback on program curricula and treatment protocols, actively contributing to ongoing improvements and innovations.

• Maintain vigilance regarding risk management to ensure a safe therapeutic environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be to support clients confronting mental health challenges, with a strong emphasis on children and adolescents dealing with anxiety and related disorders. You will empower them through individualized therapeutic frameworks that cater not only to their immediate mental health needs but also to their long-term psychological resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a behavioral science field from a regionally accredited institution.

• Possession of an active and full LPCC license in the state of California.

• Proven proficiency in various counseling methodologies and a commitment to employing evidence-based practices in treatment.

• A strong foundation in treating anxiety-related disorders among children and adolescents.
\n
• Experience in delivering evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, essential for effective client interactions and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including:
