About the Role EyeCatch Media is rewriting the rules of retail media — and we want bold, hungry talent to help us do it. We’re a fast‑growing startup in Miami building the next generation of in‑store digital experiences. Responsibilities Drive new partnerships — Identify, pitch, and close brands and retailers excited about next‑gen in‑store media. Build relationships — Become the go‑to contact for clients and help them unlock the power of EyeCatch’s platform. Own the sales cycle — Prospecting, demos, negotiation, and deal execution. Collaborate with our product team — Share insights that shape the future of our tech. Represent EyeCatch at events — Industry mixers, retail conferences, and Miami startup happenings. Qualifications 1 to 2 years of sales experience — ideally in media, retail, tech, or advertising. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or related areas. Conversational Spanish, professional or fully bilingual. Required Skills A natural closer — You love the chase, the pitch, and the win. A relationship builder — You connect easily and communicate with confidence. A self‑starter — You thrive in fast‑paced, startup environments. Miami-based — or ready to relocate to the 305.
