Work Environment\n

This position offers a fully remote work setting, utilizing telehealth technology to connect with clients. You will be part of a supportive virtual team that values collaboration and innovation in providing care. Our organization understands the importance of work-life balance, and as such, you will engage with clients during standard business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify and evaluate mood disorder symptoms in clients, utilizing established diagnostic criteria and tools.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, addressing their specific goals and preferences.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the needs of each client.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families about mood disorders, therapeutic techniques, and self-care strategies to empower their journey to wellness.

• Monitor client progress throughout the treatment process, making necessary adjustments to therapeutic approaches based on observed outcomes.

• Engage in regular communication and collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of each client interaction, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills.

• Serve as a proactive advocate for clients, helping to reduce the stigma associated with mental health issues and ensuring their needs are met.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Spring Water Behavioral Health Services, you will primarily focus on serving individuals dealing with various mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, each presenting unique challenges and personal histories that require a keen understanding and tailored therapeutic approach.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Virginia.

• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly CBT and DBT.

• Strong familiarity with psychopharmacology and interprofessional collaboration practices.

• Proven ability to achieve successful treatment outcomes for clients with mood disorders.

• Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to connect with individuals from varied backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable, as well as a proven track record of working with a diverse client population facing mood disorders. Familiarity with digital healthcare tools for assessments and therapy sessions will be an asset in delivering effective care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
