Ensures proper storage, labeling, and dating of food per guidelines. Monitors HACCP programs, checks food temperatures, and maintains sanitation and food safety practices. Prepares meals according to the menu cycle, emphasizing attractiveness and taste. Interacts with patients and staff, modeling customer service. Assists in cleaning, ensures staff follows cleaning schedules, and maintains equipment. Makes dietary staff schedules, ensuring snacks align with resident preferences and physician orders. Practices safety, infection control, and emergency procedures. Coaches and trains dietary staff. Education & License High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience combination. Must be 21 years or older. Food Safe Certification by opening. Program Services Levels of Care: Residential Mental Health Services – clinical and medical interventions, including administration of physician‑prescribed medications and clinical monitoring to stabilize mental health symptoms for individuals requiring a structured, supervised environment. Partial Hospitalization Program – intensive treatment services to help individuals prepare for re‑entry into home, work, school, and relationships.
