Key Responsibilities\n

You will work collaboratively with patients to empower them and promote overall health by addressing their mental and emotional needs actively.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is essential.

• While specific training in addiction counseling is preferred, it is not mandatory.

• Proficiency in evidence-based practices for treating substance abuse and co-occurring disorders will be considered a significant asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Our benefits package includes:
