Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of clients, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, positive behavior support strategies, and risk assessments.

• Document all interactions and treatment updates promptly, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and maintaining high-quality client care records.
\n
• Utilize a range of evidence-based screening tools as determined by the clinical team to effectively gauge client progress and therapeutic efficacy.
\n
• Collaborate with various teams and programs to develop and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to client needs.
\n
• Actively engage in all licensing and accreditation processes, fostering compliance and adherence to organizational standards.
\n
• Serve as a liaison between clients and relevant service systems, making necessary referrals and building partnerships with state agencies and community organizations.
\n
• Establish and maintain open communication with team members and community partners to enhance service delivery and fulfill contractual obligations.
\n
• Seek out opportunities for professional development and growth, including attending conferences, workshops, and participating in relevant committees or task forces.

• Promote the organization's mission, values, and principles through everyday interactions and commitment to service excellence.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the holistic functioning of our therapy services.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required for this position.

• Possession of an independent LMHC license is a prerequisite for employment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a remote or telehealth counseling setting is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience working with a diverse patient population and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic interventions will be advantageous.

• Experience in documenting care in adherence to both legal and ethical standards is highly desirable.

This role comes with a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a base salary, we offer:
