Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the physical capabilities and therapy needs of children and adults.

• Regularly reassess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptation to evolving patient needs.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment outcomes using our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
• Educate patients and their families about therapy processes, recovery expectations, and home exercise programs, fostering a collaborative approach to recovery.
• Meet and exceed minimum utilization goals and other objectives to support organizational performance.
• Work closely with other therapists and medical professionals to coordinate care for patients requiring multiple therapy services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, with preference given to candidates holding a Master's or Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Current and unrestricted licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of California.
• Ability to provide therapy interventions in-person and via telehealth modalities as clinically appropriate.
