You will work standard hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, stressors, and personal goals, tailoring your therapeutic approaches accordingly.

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to assist clients in reducing stress, enhancing relaxation, and promoting overall mental wellness.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation sessions, and breathing techniques, supporting their journey towards improved self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Incorporate tailored mindfulness strategies within individual therapy sessions to address specific mental health issues and foster clients’ growth and development.

• Maintain accurate, detailed records of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.
