Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, affording you flexibility while you contribute to our Detox Center's efforts. You will engage regularly with clients via telehealth platforms, ensuring you deliver emotionally responsive counseling that supports individuals through recovery processes. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients to determine individualized treatment needs and create effective care plans.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) to ensure family-centered support.
\n
• Monitor and track client outcomes, adjusting treatment strategies collaboratively as needed.
\n
• Engage with families, providing education and emotional support to enhance child development and recovery processes.
\n
• Adhere strictly to all Federal and State regulations concerning healthcare delivery and patient privacy.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices to implement interventions within the natural environment, using coaching methodologies.
\n
• Build rapport with clients, families, and professional peers to reinforce a cohesive and effective healing environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves children and families dealing with substance use dependencies and related issues, including trauma, behavioral challenges, and developmental delays. Your work will directly contribute to positive outcomes in their lives, fostering skills that support healthy growth in emotional, cognitive, and social domains.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with the Department of Public Health in Tennessee.

• Possession of a valid driver's license.
\n
• Experience working with children in early intervention settings is highly preferred.

• A strong understanding and commitment to implementing Natural Learning Environment Practices.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
