Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LPC, you will play a pivotal role in our clients' recovery journeys. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy: Facilitate engaging and supportive group therapy sessions that encourage clients to share their experiences and learn from one another.

• Individual Therapy: Provide personalized treatment through one-on-one counseling, helping clients navigate their thoughts and feelings while developing effective coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create customized, goal-oriented treatment plans that address their unique needs and preferences.

• Progress Monitoring: Use various assessment tools to track clients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.
