Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct mental health treatment to clients through assessment, diagnosis, and formulation of individualized treatment plans.

• Conduct age-appropriate psychotherapy sessions for individuals and families, utilizing evidence-based modalities to enhance client engagement and outcomes.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions for children and families that focus on psychoeducation, emotional regulation, and communication skills.

• Ensure documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes are completed meticulously in electronic medical records (EMR).

• Collaborate closely with clients’ families and support networks, including educational and health service professionals, to coordinate care plans and deliver comprehensive support.

• Adhere to ethical practices and maintain compliance with agency policies and state regulations related to mental health treatment.

• Integrate Trauma Informed Care principles and Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) into all practice approaches to address clients’ unique backgrounds and experiences.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training sessions and continuing education to enhance therapeutic skills and maintain licensure.

• Participate in clinical supervision and quality assurance activities to ensure optimal service delivery and professional growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a broad spectrum of clients, including adults facing various mental health challenges, children and adolescents navigating emotional and behavioral issues, and families seeking to strengthen their relationships. As a licensed therapist, your expertise will be pivotal in developing targeted strategies that promote mental wellness and resilience in these populations.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.

• An independent mental health license in the state of residence (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is mandatory.

• Strong organizational, typing, and documentation skills to manage and maintain accurate client records efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n
