Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality therapy services to individuals, families, and groups via secure telehealth platforms, ensuring client confidentiality and comfort.

• Assess clients’ mental health issues, develop personalized treatment plans, and utilize evidence-based practices to facilitate therapeutic interventions.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with organizational policies and California regulations.

• Engage actively in supervision meetings and case consultations to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health care.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness and resources available through our counseling services.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base primarily comprising individuals experiencing a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current, active licensure as a Mental Health Counselor in California (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC).

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience providing counseling services in an outpatient or community setting.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective connections with clients and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in developing and delivering group therapy sessions, as well as strong individual therapy skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
