Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, factoring in each patient’s unique medical history and co-occurring conditions.

• Create and implement tailored treatment plans that integrate both psychiatric interventions and medical treatment strategies.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, leveraging evidence-based methodologies to foster personal growth and recovery.

• Collaborate closely with medical and mental health professionals to ensure continuity of care and optimal treatment outcomes.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies to ensure the safety and stability of patients.

• Educate patients on the connections between mental health and physical well-being, empowering them to take charge of their own health journeys.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and patient interactions in electronic health record systems.

• Actively participate in team meetings, case reviews, and interdisciplinary planning sessions to share insights and improve patient care.

• Stay informed about the latest research, trends, and best practices in mental health care and integrated treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals facing complex challenges related to mental health and co-occurring medical conditions such as autoimmune disorders, chronic pain, and substance use disorders. The diverse backgrounds of our patients require a culturally sensitive approach, emphasizing patience, empathy, and understanding of the broader impact of their conditions on their mental and emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from a regionally accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMHC, LICSW, Psychologist, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Proven experience in addressing mental health needs for patients with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and support patients through their healing process.

• Capability to establish and maintain professional boundaries while adhering to ethical guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.

• Proficient in using computer applications and electronic health record systems to document patient interactions and treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working in a telehealth setting and familiarity with integrated care models are highly advantageous. Prior involvement in treatment settings addressing substance use disorders, chronic pain management, or other complex cases will provide a strong foundation for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation range for this full-time position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
