This role will be predominantly remote, with a supportive, collaborative atmosphere provided by the Young Harmony team. As part of an integrated mental health service, you will have the autonomy to manage your workload while still receiving guidance from clinical supervisors. Our outpatient office facilities are fully equipped for telehealth and in-person sessions, ensuring that you can effectively engage with your clients in a manner that suits their needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and follow-up sessions with clients to evaluate their mental health status and treatment needs.

• Provide psychoeducation on perinatal mental health issues and connect clients with relevant community-based resources.

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary clinical team to identify and address social service needs, maintaining established connections with local agencies and civic organizations.
\n
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans under clinical supervision, ensuring that each patient's progress is accurately documented.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, creating a supportive environment for peer interaction and shared experiences.
\n
• Maintain confidentiality in all client interactions, adhering to the ethical standards outlined by the United States Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association.

• Participate actively in staff meetings, case conferences, and ongoing training to enhance professional development and service delivery.

• Assist in generating intake referrals by establishing relationships with local inpatient facilities and community-based programs.

• Contribute to quality assurance efforts by staying informed on JCAHO, Medicaid, and DBH standards and compliance requirements.

• Perform additional duties as required, offering flexibility to support the needs of our clients and the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals experiencing a spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and perinatal challenges associated with pregnancy and postpartum adjustments. The goal is to provide a safe space for clients to address their emotional concerns and facilitate a path toward recovery and mental stability.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Social Work License as per state regulations (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW).

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Exceptional communication skills, both in listening and conveying information effectively.

• Experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team within the mental health field.

• No history of medical malpractice claims, with verification conducted by a third party.
\n
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
