Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions tailored to the needs of each client.

• Design and implement effective treatment plans based on comprehensive intake assessments, aligning them with client goals and desired outcomes.

• Document and maintain accurate records of client progress, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations while promoting confidentiality and trust.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, healthcare providers, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for each patient.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and various counseling techniques, including grief and addiction counseling, to provide appropriate support.

• Assist clients with specific challenges such as ADHD and autism spectrum disorder, tailoring interventions to meet their unique needs.

• Actively participate in team meetings and case consultations to enhance treatment approaches and share insights with colleagues.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Calming Motion Therapy, the main focus will be on individuals experiencing acute mental health crises, including those with a history of trauma, mood disorders, and developmental challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
